4. Campaigns may be canceled at the end of a month with 60 days' notice.

Publisher's Terms

1. All orders are subject to acceptance by Circuitnet Media LLC.
2. No conditions other than those outlined in this rate card shall be binding upon Circuitnet Media LLC unless specifically agreed to by Circuitnet Media LLC in writing.
3. Positioning of text and banner ads is at the sole discretion of Circuitnet Media LLC, except where Circuitnet LLC has agreed to a specific position in writing.
4. Changes in advertising by the advertiser or its agency may take up to 5 days to implement. Circuitnet Media LLC is not obligated to revise advertising with less than a 5-day notice.
5. Circuitnet Media LLC is not liable for any delays in the production or delivery of the publication or product due to any conditions beyond Circuitnet Media LLC's control.
6. In no event shall Circuitnet Media LLC be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages, nor shall its liability for any act, error, or omission, whether or not due to its negligence, exceed the price paid to Circuitnet Media LLC for the publication of such materials.
7. Circuitnet Media LLC reserves the right to hold the advertiser and its agency jointly and severally liable for all monies due and payable to Circuitnet Media LLC.
8. Circuitnet Media LLC's services are subject to the terms of the applicable approved advertising insertion order.
9. All payments for open-term orders are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Advertiser shall pay a late charge of 1% per month (12% per year) on all open terms invoices not paid within thirty (30) days of the date of such invoices.
