In 2023, the semiconductor industry grappled with persistent challenges, including inflationary conditions, geopolitical tensions, and an unpredictable supply chain that persisted throughout the year. What initially appeared as a short-term market hiccup turned out to be more prolonged than anticipated.
At Delphon, we proactively addressed the impact of the negative economic climate by implementing operational efficiencies and undertaking strategic initiatives including investment in automation and expansion into adjacent markets. These measures aimed to sustain our business and ensure the continued delivery of best-in-class products and top-notch service to our global customers.
Despite the challenges, we remained committed to innovation, with our Gel-Pak division gearing up to launch a new suite of products for the semiconductor test market this year. Looking ahead, I join many of my colleagues in the industry in anticipating a robust rebound in 2024.
