In the past year, Tresky has pooled its resources to develop new products. In addition, full order books have made a good year from an economic point of view. We expected sales to remain steady or increase slightly in the coming year.

At the same time, the corona pandemic has resulted in respect-inspiring deficits in the procurement of components. This problem will continue unabated in the coming year. It will therefore be necessary to produce materials inhouse or to purchase them in stock. Material costs will increase by 10-30 % due to the lack of availability of raw materials. Whereas companies often bore these expenses themselves last year, this will be reflected in selling prices in the future.

Despite the pandemic-related hardships last year, Tresky was able to gain new employees and is also planning to hire more. At the same time, it is difficult to find qualified employees these days. Tresky therefore positions itself as an employer with a modern corporate culture that offers interesting products.

At the same time, the focus remains on personal exchange on site and at trade fairs. After all, the Research & Development sector of the high-tech industry requires a lot of explanation.
