VIEWPOINT 2021: Anika Baumhauer, International Strategy & Sales Manager, SONOTEC GmbH
Talking in specific about the Business Unit Non-invasive Fluid Monitoring, with which we operate in the semiconductor industry, we did not have to compromise on any sales revenue, but are going to achieve our set goals. Nevertheless, it is a pity that it was hardly possible to visit and advise customers on site. This is part of our business and still very challenging to substitute with digital channels. As an ultrasonic sensor specialist with 30 years of market experience, our ambition is not only to sell a product to our customers, but we are also committed to providing them with the best possible solution and support for any issues related to their application. Our ultrasonic clamp-on flow meters SEMIFLOW CO.65 for contactless fluid monitoring work best if integrated smoothly into the existing environment. We are looking very optimistically into 2021 as we believe that the significance of a constant and precise monitoring of wet processes continues to rise, not least because of the ever-increasing importance of conserving resources and thus also reducing investments. We are very much looking forward to further growing our business in the semiconductor industry together with our customers. They are the most valuable part when it comes to helpful feedback, new developments, and innovations. To a continued good cooperation in 2021 - either analogue or digital!
