2024 was both a challenging year for us and one that pointed the way to the future. The political environment has partly been difficult and there has been some unfavorable news regarding future investment plans, resulting in a cautious mood in the market.
Nevertheless, we have launched a number of important internal projects that will strengthen our market position and make our processes more efficient in the long term. Digitalization, automation, and the implementation of AI tools play a crucial role in this. The use of AI fundamentally changes the industry and will further drive nnovation, enabling us to optimize processes and accelerate development cycles.
At the beginning of this year, we completed the expansion of our site and individual departments have moved into the second building. The spacious and innovative surroundings have created room for new ideas and optimized work processes. We are confident that the fresh environment will encourage creativity and commitment among our colleagues.
Our roadmap for 2025 is clearly defined. We want to further strengthen our profile in the semiconductor industry. Our aim is to continue elaborating on our benefits of our non-contact measurement technology and achieving sustainable growth, even in the current challenging political environment.
