2018 IBM Asembly and Test Bromont facility focus.

After completing our IDM to OEM transformation to serve the assembly business, IBM Assembly and Test house in Bromont is now in a unique position to offer worldwide high volume production capacity and an optimized supply chain in North America.

We offer a top of the line personalized business development expertise, ITAR compliance and a commitment to IP protection for all our customers to name a few among many, benefits of engaging manufacturing with the IBM team.
In the months ahead, we will keep focus on our key expertise in the networking, high performance computing, silicon photonics and RF business.

No doubt there are great opportunities in these business segments, examples of which are the advent of 5G ( integrated antennas), ADAS in automotive (MCMs and heterogeneous integration) and the fast development of bandwidth hungry computing architectures (112 Gb/s SerDes). Bringing innovative Silicon Photonics solutions into volume manufacturing is 2018 high priority.

Naturally we remain at the heart of IBM's advanced computers and packaging development but, following Moore's law, we are committed to offer our high volume capacity and packaging know how to service the market and our valued business partners.
