VIEWPOINT 2017: Sheri Martin, Sales Manager, YXLON FeinFocus
This new high-end computed tomography inspection system gives YXLON the most diverse offering in CT systems for the semiconductor market. It features higher resolutions, higher magnification, better measurement tools and more accurate results. For the semiconductor industry, the tools we've manufactured in the past have primarily been production tools. This tool is designed for 100 percent failure analysis. In 2017, YXLON will continue to invest in research and development focused in the semiconductor market for hard and soft tools. Specifically, we plan to expand on our core competency-tube design. For example, we now have a new water cooled 190 kV multi-focus transmission tube in the FF CT series. Customers can expect additional solutions to be introduced next year. We will also work to expand our service team in the coming year. Our goal is to continue to provide the best service in the industry.
