cyberTECHNOLOGIES develops and manufactures high performance optical metrology systems for physical measurements in the semiconductor, semi-packaging, medical device and related industries.

The developments over the past two years had a great deal of impact on most companies worldwide. Along with many of our customers and suppliers, cyberTECHNOLOGIES had to find ways to overcome unprecedented challenges.

Since our founding more than 20 years ago, we have always put great emphasis on fostering excellent relationships with our suppliers and customers. We have seen, particularly during this time, that this gives our team an important strategic advantage and found that being transparent and providing everyone involved in a transaction with as much information as possible allowed us all to minimize the impact of these challenges.

cyberTECHNOLOGIES had another outstanding year of growth any many areas, in the number of new customers, systems shipped, new hires and development programs completed. The integration of new sensor technologies and new analysis capabilities allows us to greatly expand the range of applications and our addressable market and sets us up for continued growth.

All this can only be accomplished with an outstanding team and we are grateful for every one of our team members, for being an integral part of our company and our success. They are the essential element we need in order to grow a company that provides industry-leading products and services.

The restrictions imposed on our ability to manufacture, test, ship and install an increasing number of systems we met by taking advantage of new methodologies and technologies throughout many of our processes. Splitting up our teams physically and temporally into pods allowed us to safeguard our ability to build systems and support customers, even in case of an infection in one of the pods.

Changing the way we build and ship systems, even redesigning our shipping crates to allow us to ship fully assembled machines, provided us with the ability to drop-ship even complex metrology systems. By taking advantage of new technologies in the area of VR and computer science we were able to successfully install automated metrology systems worldwide and train our users remotely to the same level of expertise as historically had only been possible by being on-site.

The pandemic has forced us to revisit every process and push the envelope at everything we do. And we're better for it. The industries we're active in are going to continue to grow at a fast pace and cyberTECHNOLOGIES is ready to support that growth. And we certainly look forward to meeting with our customers again in person, as the throws of the pandemic hopefully wane in the coming months.
