Inbounding the Future

During this time of unprecedented uncertainty, our business has remained strong with some product lines achieving record sales (ten-year tracking period).

We have effectively balanced safeguarding the health of our employees and minimizing the impact on the delivery of services to our clients.

Engineering and Production: Our factories around the globe are working to mitigate the risk of any potential supply issues. Employees who must be on-site are applying social distancing and hygiene protocols based on guidance from localized health authorities.
Our Suppliers: We are in contact with all of them continually to ensure they apply comparable mitigation practices with their teams, while still maintaining our supply levels.
Didn't eliminate R&D spends: We continued to explore new materials and equipment to reduce costs while maintaining quality and reliability.

The pandemic and chip shortage have made one thing abundantly clear.

A flexible, agile supply chain is crucial to navigating the changes and staying resilient. To survive, companies must respond to trends and adapt quickly and forget about single sourcing materials. Smart approach is to adopt a flexible strategy for acquiring materials and partner with a trusted supplier.

This strategy ensures you can respond to customer and consumer demands during and after the pandemic.
