The PORTA-VAC and PORTA-WAND wafer wands are available with different tip sizes. These tools provide ultimate portability as there is no hose or power cord to get in your way. No need to plumb your factory with vacuum lines.
PORTA-VAC Kits are available that run on 9 volt alka-line batteries or can be fitted with a rechargeable batter pack. PORTA-WAND kits operate on a rechargeable NiMH battery pack with a charg-ing system that operates on 120 volts or 230 volts.

The WAFER-VAC ELITE uses an integrated ten segment bar-graph-display visibly shows the part is grasped during operation. The bar graph will show minimum vacuum pressure until a part is grasped and then when a part is grasped the bar graph displays the vacuum level present-ed to the part being handled.
The vacuum port integrates a user re-placeable inlet filter that protects operation of the tool from dust parti-cles. This Vacuum Tweezer is available with various wafer tips for your handling application. Kits are available in 120 or 230 volt operation.

The WAFER ADJUST-A-VAC© answers customer concerns about manual handling of very thin/delicate wafers. This vacuum-tweezer allows the operator to adjust the vacuum level from just below atmospheric pres-sure to up to ten inches of mercury depending on the fragility of the part being handled.
