DI-Water vs. Chemistry in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry

ZESTRON to Present at the SMTA Ohio Valley Expo & Tech Forum

Manassas, VA – ZESTRON America, the worldwide leading provider of high precision cleaning products and services for the electronics manufacturing industry, will present at the SMTA Ohio Valley Expo & Tech Forum held at the Doubletree Hotel (6200 Quarry Lane, Independence, OH) on Wednesday, July 14th, 2010. This presentation is part of ZESTRON’s continuing involvement and support of the SMTA’s mission to build skills, share practical experiences and develop solutions within the electronics manufacturing industry.

The presentation will address the possible challenges and limitations of DI-water cleaning applications and why it might be advantageous to switch to a chemistry-assisted cleaning process. Recent research has shown that chemistry-assisted cleaning processes offer a number of benefits that exceed those of DI-water. For insight on this topic, please join Jigar Patel, M.S.Chem.Eng., Application Engineer, ZESTRON America, who will present "Limitations of DI-Water: Why Switch from Pure DI-Water to Chemistry?" during the morning session of the expo. And, ZESTRON’s Application Technology and Sales Team will be readily available to answer all your questions regarding the company's innovative product technologies at its tabletop exhibit.

"For more than 12 years, ZESTRON has been actively supporting the educational work of the SMTA. The inherent proliferation of knowledge within the industry will only benefit our current and future customers by providing practical solutions for possibly intricate problems," says Dr. Harald Wack, President, ZESTRON.
