The award was accepted by the company's president, Tom Gebhardt, at a ceremony during IPC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada. A highlight of Panasonic's MES software includes a total MSD (moisture-sensitive device) tracking solution that prevents equipment from placing a locked-out component.
