In Addition to our class-leading Ultra 850G for microelectronic measurements/inspection and our Ultra platforms for SMT and 3D paste inspection, the Supra E provides electronics manufacturers with the highest level of performance at the lowest costs. With resolutions between 7-17um this system is capable of inspecting 01005 components down to solder joint level.
