In particular, the Cheetah EVO Plus is high end of the EVO platforms, providing complete failure analysis capability. EVO Plus systems include 2d high speed imaging, laminography (planar CT), and Computed Tomography (CT). The EVO Plus is equipped with our multi-focus tube which includes nano-focus, multi-focus and high power modes. With 6 axis of motion including Z tube, Z detector, detector tilt ±70°, X-Y and 360° table rotation you never need to fixture your device for test. With best in class contrast sensitivity, users receive the image quality they know and expect from YXLON. Come visit YXLON at IPC APEX in booth 1723. We will have two of Cheetah EVO systems on the floor and would be glad to provide a demonstration, and answer any questions attendees may have. In 2019, YXLON will continue to invest in research and development focused in the semiconductor market for hard and soft tools. Specifically, we plan to offer never before seen solutions on our new systems, with upgrades never before offered on our installed base systems. YXLON is always working to improve our product offering for current and potential customers. Our service team has been expanded, and will continue to be in 2019.
