AI Technology, Inc. (AIT) will continue expanding and improving our Die Attach Film (DAF) adhesives to meet the demands of our customers in 2015. Many leading edge companies designing memory chips, microprocessors, medical devices, RF and MW type products have been impressed with AIT's DAF, which provides high melt-flow and high thermal and electrical conductivity for low thermal and electrical interface resistance and is available in thicknesses of 10-25 microns.

AIT is the only US-based company offering DAF with electrically conductive, thermally conductive and electrically insulating properties with higher glass transition temperatures to allow copper wire-bonding at temperatures beyond 200 ºC. AIT engineers are focusing on enhancing large volume DAF production with outstanding thickness uniformity and for some customers also coupling DAF with dicing tapes. AIT engineers are also developing DAF with thicknesses of 3-10 microns.

In addition to increasing and expanding our wafer level packaging Die Attach Film (DAF) capabilities, AI Technology, Inc. (AIT) will be introducing new conformal coating products for improved board level moisture and water level protection. As more devices in the industry are subjected to accidental or constant moisture exposure, our conformal coatings will be available in easy spray or brush on application to increase the life span of these components.

According to most industry forecasting, 2015 should see an increase of between 10-15% in overall spending. This is due in part to increased mobile device use, higher semiconductor equipment purchases, higher percentages of electronics in automobiles, new advances in medical designs, increases in LED output and improvements to RF and MW infrastructures throughout the world.

Additionally, 2015 will see the continued proliferation of the Internet of Things (IOT) and its positive effect on electronics and related technologies. AI Technology, Inc. (AIT) has products that are used in all of these areas so our expectations are very optimistic for 2015.
